It is such a relief to actually be able to get into the garden & hang my washing out!
I don't believe that there is any other insurance covering the installation guarantee.
I was thinking about sending the receipt to the original company, but I guess it won't get me anywhere.
Although the door now closes perfectly, better than it ever did, the chap did point out how the door frame has dropped slightly in the middle, he said something about the 'packing' underneath - he didn't seem to think it was a structural issue.
If it gets any worse, then I will have to consider trying to get in touch again with the original company, but won't hold my breath!"Hope for the Best
