21 "Samsung TV ahh if there was only one !
Which one is it please ?
    Have you contacted Samsung ?
Searched with Google for the answer ?

Depending on which type of tv it is. If you have access to its menu setup then check the settings incase you may have accidentally changed something.

If it is a cathode ray tube TV then it may be just a simple replacement of a part that sits on the end of the tube, can't remember its name.
I know your skint, give us a wave, your not alone but you may have to sell the dog to pay for replacement parts rather than buy a new TV.

So its the pooch of X factor..... tough call I know. Especially now Simon and Cheryle's gone.
