Thanks eveyone. I tried Chrome & it worked.

Order placed, but I did get a few messages saying that they "couldn't check stock levels" and "can't confirm the order yet".

    Fingers crossed for everyone though!
  • Ordered one for myself and am praying it comes through. I trailed over 35 miles in total to pick one up for my boyfriend earlier in the week and I am sick of hearing how awesome it is! Hopefully we all get one!

Just for peoples own info - There is currently a team working on an Android operating system to work on the Touchpad. Although a great price, its nothing but an eReader and Browser at the moment.

If Android works, potential for greatest tablet ever!!

    This is simply untrue.
webOS is a very good operating system and while it hasn't got the same number of apps as Android or iOS, there are enough apps available to meet most people's requirements.

Me neither - had a try but they must have had at least 100s of orders in the last hour..
  • Many many thanks, just got one at last : )
    Paypal payment has gone through.
  • If it was just an Ereader and browser I would have been gutted after all this hassle trying to get one.

Don't bank on getting it just yet - Everyone's CC and paypal payments have been going through but the website states they are unable to confirm orders so im guessing there will be more than a few cancellation e-mails tomorrow!:(
