I found this in game over for Feb this year and Oct last year. In the T&Cs it says you can enter once per calendar year so if you entered to one in Feb you can't enter this one.

They want to know the dates of car and home insurance renewals to send you a 'reminder' of their services.

Prize draw terms and conditions

1. Entries must be via the response slip provided or via JohnLewis-Insurance.com and entry into the draw implies acceptance of these conditions.
2. Only one entry per household, per calendar year.
3. Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified.
4. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and not employees of the John Lewis Partnership, their dependants or anyone else connected with the promotion.
5. All entries must be received by 31 August 2011. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are lost or delayed in the post.
6. The prize will be awarded to the first entry picked at random on or before 14 September 2011.
7. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prize must be accepted as offered; there is no cash alternative.
9. Winners will be notified by post by 28 September 2011. Details of winners (first name and county) will be available after the draw (until 28 January 2012) by applying to John Lewis Insurance renewal date Prize Draw Winners, 9th Floor, 171 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5NN.
