You need to enter your details and say when your home & car insurance are due for renewal.
Prize draw terms and conditions
Entries must be via the response slip provided or via JohnLewis-Insurance.com and entry into the draw implies acceptance of these conditions.
Only one entry per household, per calendar year.
Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified.
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and not employees of the John Lewis Partnership, their dependants or anyone else connected with the promotion.
All entries must be received by 28 February 2011. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are lost or delayed in the post.
The prize will be awarded to the first entry picked at random on or before 14 March 2011.
The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The prize must be accepted as offered; there is no cash alternative.
Winners will be notified by post by 28 March 2011. Details of winners (first name and county) will be available after the draw (until 28 July 2011) by applying to John Lewis Insurance renewal date Prize Draw Winners, 9th Floor, 171 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5NN. Please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope.
**I did a search but could only find this one in GO with an end date last year.
