Bank of Scotland Credit Card.

I think that Bank of Scotland(Mastercard) owe me money for a PPI on my Credit Card taken out in 2002, the debt has been on a DMP since march this year. On looking at my statements they added repayment cover every month until March this year.
I thought that this was an intergral part of their normal charges until recently. I never asked for this, also I am a local government worker so am pretty much covered for all eventualities. I feel to have been such a sucker paying on average 25 pounds for what I thought had to be. I didn't know that there was a choice of not having it, if I had known I would have phoned them to cancel it.
Do you think I have any chance of claiming anything at all.

Hiya
I would certainly give it a go with your reasons.

Complete the above reclaim questionnaire, send to the ones who sold you this in the first place, complaints or head office.
They normally have 8 weeks but may ask for more time, as some banks have been given extra time from the FSA due to backlogs, some is that of 16 weeks.
Keep a copy for yourself as well, good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"
