anyone used PSP Blender.com ?

I hope this is the right place to ask this. Has anyone looked at or considered using https://www.pspblender.com ? It states that for a one off payment of $37 you can download films, software, music and games for your PSP. Therefore supposedly reducing the need to buy all these things for your game console. It seems like a really good deal but we are a bit worried , we would like to know someone else has used it successfully, don't want to pay out any money and then find our computer is not good enough or it just doesn't work. Any opinions would be appreciated, thanks very much.

Avoid like the plague! \this sort of site will only link to pirate sites which use the likes of bittorrent, direct connect etc. Stuff which if you look hard enough for you will find for free. You cannot just download films and games for the psp without flashing the firmware and breaking copyright laws!
