Mac Lion/Kodak printer issue

Hi

I am posting the problem for someone else so I hope I have all the details. The computer is an imac with lion.
The printer is a Kodak ESP C310 wireless all in one.

Ok, there doesn't seem to be any printer properties available. Usually when you print a document (and I base this on my experience of windows im afraid, my friend is brand new to mac also) the properties page will come up allowing you to choose print type (ie, draft, high quality) and whether you want it in black or white or colour, etc. All that comes up with this printer (after pressing cmd & p) is the name of the printer, print all or print selection, there is nothing else. So how do we choose our printing preferences?

Also, despite selecting that all pages be printed, only the first page ever prints.

We're unsure whether there is a problem here or if it's just because we are clueless about mac os. Any mac users have any bright ideas?

Thanks
