If that is the case being referred to then it is no surprise. The courts enforce timebars but the FSA regulated complaints process does not (apart from specific areas which are brought in to stop abuse).
So, if you go to court with the complaint, you should expect the laws of the land to apply.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). And Hollyoak cannot now take the case to FOS as Lloyds TSB can object on the grounds that the court has already dismissed it.0
