Hello,
Happy new year. I seem to be having a problem with copying files to the cd rom drive. When I try, i get the message Cd rom:/ Not accessible incorrect function.
I not sure whats wrong with it because i am able to put in a cd and play music etc.
I do not have any software such as roxie or easy creator. Because i know that this software can have the same problems that ive mentioned.
Thanking you in advance
Kind regards

Is this a CD-RW drive? (You can't copy to a CD-ROM drive)
If so, right-click on the CD drive - Properties - Recording tab and make sure 'Enable CD Recording on this drive' is ticked.0 -
What operating system are you using?
Not all will allow writing to the disk and you need 3rd party software.0 -
Thanks for the reply guys. I am using Windows Xp. I enabled the cd recording and i was able to copy pictures and save them onto cd. Lets hope video to DVD works as well.
I am looking to do a backup of my own personal files every two months. Whats the best way to do this automatically? i also want to select the files i want to backup.
Thanks0
