Hardy and Hansons pubs

I need to write a letter regarding an experience i had in one of the Hardy and hansons pubs but I know that they were taken over by greene king, should i write to Hardy and hanson or greene king, oh and should i use the address thats on the site or address to another address

Personally, I would send a copy to both companies just to be sure. No idea on addresses sorry.

I would write to who ever you intend to write to from the brand you had an issue with.... if you are writting to their customer complaints team then send it to that brands, if it is to the MD then that brands, if it is the Group CEO then it really doesnt matter which "brand" you address it to as there will only be 1 Group CEOAll posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

I had a bad experience with my local Hardy and Hansons pub, complained via the web site and got a £30 voucher.
