Very quick question. Can anyone provide me with or point me in the right direction of a suitable excel spreadsheet set-up which allows me to record rental income, expenses etc for tax purposes.

Thanks - not quite what I was after. Have been trawling google and best I've found so far is: http://landlordstax.co.uk/pdf/lts_bookkeeping.xls
