Hi.

Just got the below email from a friend.

I can't believe that people still fall for this rubbish.

It's always a scam if they start by saying:

"it is not a scam"

"It actually works"

Or that the person, who's kindly helping all us out by showing us these schemes, has tried the others and they have all been scams - but this one is the only real deal that he's found.


Now I'm annoyed that I was sent this by a friend. Annoyed that this means he's spent money on it. I sent him a kind email suggesting that he contact all the people he emailed and ask them NOT to send any money.

So why do people (like my friend - who I know isn't stupid) continue to join these schemes? Does greed really make their brains switch off?

If the main purpose of the plan is to induce others to join on the promise of a reward, then it is illegal under several different Acts. What rings trues is that if it sounds to good to be trues, then it probably is!
