Want to go away in to the sunshine this weekend

Hi all,
My OH and I are looking for a 7 night break to the sunshine leaving this Saturday or Sunday (not flexible beyond that). Ideally we'd like to spend £3-400 p/p, but would expect at least B&B at the higher end of that. We want - a decent sized, clean pool, close-ish to beach and town - and prefer somewhere which is quietish (i.e. we can find a bit an atmosphere somewhere if we want it, but not in your face kind of place). Trying to avoid anywhere that's going to be packed with Brits aswell if possible.
Initial preferences have been for Turkey or one of the Greek isles - but so far we are coming up with not alot, everything is really really highly priced, despite being so close to the departure dates. I've tried every hol company I can think of..!
Any suggestions on destination and/or booking agent greatly appreciated. Thanks.
