As expected, my Graham White "Notice of intended litigation" letter arrived over the weekend.
As already advised by users, It will be ignored.
Anybody, any idea what the next letter/action will be?
Thanks to all posters for help & advice.0 -

Probably the same one, once or twice then maybe an offer of a reduced rate offer. Then they will go away!0 -

the reduced rate offer is a new last tactic, a bit like we will let you off with the rest.
Some fall for it, but think on, all they have done is clicked a mouse 5 or 6 times to part you with your wages.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Further to the earlier letters, one from Roxburghe debt collectors and one from Graham White "Notice of intended litigation", my son has now had another letter from Graham White - a "Final warning"!
Am I correct in assuming that this is standard practice?
I do wonder though, what is next after final warning??0 -
In my expierence you either get another final warning ..slightly different wording.
And then nothing.
Or sometimes the final warning is really final and then........NOTHING HAPPENS.
My timescales :
First three fake charges in October ..final warning(s) from GW in Jan ..nothing since.
Two more fake charges in July .....not even a reminder as of today ...I think they may have realised I am a waste of their time/paper/ink/postage...or maybe they are just incompetent.0 -
