Mbna confusing

I have two mbna ppi cases one got upheld and I got the £288 owed my other one on exactly the same grounds as the first has not been upheld they said take to fos

How strange that they where on exactly they same grounds etc.. I am writing to them am I best saying that the first one got upheld on the same basis or would I not mention it ?

Any help would be appreciated thanks

The grounds for complaining may be the same but the facts may be different. They will work on the balance of probabilities and it is possible that one was more defensible than the other.

So they may have both been properly sold but one had sufficient doubt that they decided to pay out.

Yes I understand your point yet the cases and sales both apply for each as I was self employed yet in the one they have not upheld I did not tick the box it was sold over the phone to me but I shall send off all relevant documents to prove the case etc and see if that helps just found it a little odd as each letter sent was identical just years differed...
