connecting wii to a laptop

is there any way i can connect my new will so i can play it on my laptop.
the laptop does not have the scart socket or the av out sockets.
it is a toshiba qosmio with hd tv laptop.

You'll need a TV capture card for the laptop. I suspect this will need to be a PCMCIA slot-type.
Then, you use a S-Video/S-VHS lead from the Wii to connect to the cap card's input and run the video capture software on the lappy. The preview window displayed on the lappy monitor will show what the Wii's outputting.
Not sure the S-Video lead exists for the Wii yet and, similarly, I don't know if there are vid cap cards for lappies, either.
I'll bet someone else here will, though!0
