BG Cancellation charges check

Can i just check... I was on BG Click 6 until it expired in June/July this year.
I admit to being a bit lazy and only just applied to switch. It should be completed by early September but i would just like to check BG won't try and charge me a cancellation.
It has been well over 1 year since i agreed to click 6, that expired and they automatically put me on the standard tariff. Just want to check this switch to the standard tariff isn't classed as another contract term.
I am 99% sure it isn't as i didn't agree to anything.
