MOBILE OUTLET are a company that you DO NOT, under any circumstances, want to be dealing with. Not only do they come up with the most pathetic excuses not to pay your cash-back but they also avoid your complaints and do not follow THEIR OWN 'Terms and Conditions'.
They make it out as if you are the one in the wrong and refuse to listen to what you have to say about the matter. They do not keep their end of the deal but still manage to get away with it, as they deny any form of contact you may try to make with them.
I, myself, purchased a contract with the Mobile Outlet and due to a little misunderstanding, I was denied my cash-back. Even though this misunderstanding was cleared, within enough time, they they still refused and said that I was the one not sticking to the T&C. Because of this, for the remainder of the contract duration, I will not be receiving my cash-back and will be paying the full amount every month!
Just a few words of advice, be careful not to fall into the cash-back trick with this company, as you will regret it!

Each to their own I guess.
I've had a contract from them and know of 5 or 6 friends who also have, all with no problems at all.
Basically stick to their t&c and you will be fine. Smile, you only get one life, LIVE IT.0 -

I sent in my first set of documents to the mobile outlet on 19 Jan. No sign yet of any paperwork from TMO. I called them three times on 01274 587070 today but no answer. I have also sent them an email. I'll keep you posted.
By way of comparison, I also have another phone which I bought through mobileshop, who have paid the rebates every time, on time, without fail.0 -
Update: I didn't receive an email but I did get a cheque today for £108. This is alot less than the amount I should have got, but its a start! It would be good if they could explain why.0

TMO pay cashback in equal installments, so if you have to make 5 claims for cashback, then you will be paid a fifth of the cashback every time you claim. It is not linked to the amount of line rental on the bills which you send to them. I have already claimed my first installment of cashback, but am still waiting for my second. I submitted my claim on 15th Feb and was expecting to get an email within a few days to say that my claim was being processed, like I did last time, but so far it hasn't arrived. I'm getting a bit worried....0 -
