That's great if it works for you, unfortunately it doesn't for us. Our little girl has to have a nightlight on all night, a reasonably bright one. She's suffered terrible night terrors since she was 8 months old, she's now 3. She also regularly wakes at 5am. We've got a friend whose son was a very early riser too and they say this was the only thing that worked for them, so we're going to give it a whirl. Excellent if other (cheap or free) methods work for you but for some of us it's a bit more challenging!0 -
Definately can't wait to get mine we have tried loads of ideas, my 2 year old was up at 4am this morning.. if only it was as simple as shut door and wake her up in the morning!Received £2,626.00 in PPI -2013:j
