Hi all, been looking around for a Gro Clock (childs sleep training clock), currently £29 odd in Mothercare and elsewhere. Tesco have them online for £17.95, plus there's a discount code for 25% off nursery (just posted on the discount codes board, sorry don't know how to do links)... making it £13.46 if you choose delivery to store (otherwise delivery is a steep £5). Plus 34 clubcard points, plus TCB! Bargain as these are selling 2nd hand on ebay for around the £19 mark plus postage!

I think this would be great for DD who starts reception in Sep as she can't tell the time yet but the picture and light will show her when to sleep (stay in bed in her case) and when it's time to wake up. Hmm... need to convince DH now!

This is not a guarantee with the extra 25% off as some people have been successful with it and some have not. I think it depends on who you speak to at the time you call!!!!0 -
i dont think you would get the £10 voucher through mothercare has to be over £20 think im going to get one through tesco, thanks opTake care of the pence and the pounds will take care of themselvesSealed Pot Challenge No.1902 - Target £250 :cool2:0

These are lovely but my daughter totally ignores it! Such a shame as I know they are a great success for many, she totally understands the concept and loves the clock and the routine of setting it but just ignores it and comes into our room whenever she wants, sigh!
Great price though, paid full price for mine which makes it even more painful!0 -

My daughter is exactly the same! If they're selling well on eBay as suggested earlier I may have to put mine on therePlease remember to thank fellow MSE'rs :beer:0 -

Or save your money and put a timer switch / plug on a desk lamp. Light off. Sleeping time. Light on. Read a book in bedroom time. Wake up time is when mum or dad open your bedroom door.
Worked for ours no problem.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

I'm with pp on the light on switch thing - worked a treat with dd and about to start with ds...was about to get a fancy clock but after reading some reviews of the Groclock I was put off by it being quite bright (even on lowest setting) and the fact that it can easily reset (lead pulling and button pushing being my boys speciality!). Good price tho for anyone after one...
