World of Furniture N Ireland Advice

I paid a cash deposit to World of Furniture Belfast last October for a sofa, with guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
Two weeks before Christmas I was asked via phone to pay the balance, in total £1169, I did via credit card.
So then comes the sofa,,,,no wait, then comes a sofa, not the one I ordered, not even close.
So after three wrong sofas delivered, they asked if I would hold onto the third as a loan until they deliver my sofa, in Mid Jan.
Jan, Feb , march, April, all promised delivery dates. No sofa.
Endless phone calls and letters etc etc, even the owner, Jimmy Hughes, on the phone, still the outcome is,
To this day I never got the sofa.
So opened a dispute with Visa,,another nightmare, thanks to some cracking advice from MSE I was able to use Section 75, which I had never heard of.
Visa paid out full amount under section 75.
After advice, I sent letters to The store about picking up their loan sofa, not suprisingly, no response, So I have gave their loan sofa away, and am now in posession of a new sofa, exactly like I ordered, but from a different supplier, a good honest bonafide store.(Direct Furniture Belfast)
So World of Furniture be warned I am going to post this advice all over the internet.
