Don't think of it as simply letters. The solicitor has to take the appropriate course of action for you and will also have (huge) insurance costs to cover them against giving wrongful advice etc.
Anyway, think of it as s necessary step in your divorce and this action shows your children (when they are old enough) that you tried to do right by them.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0
