I am currently on AOL Silver package, but am thinking of going with TALK TALK, which is free broadband, anyone on TT just now and is it worth changing over?

If installation goes smoothly then TalkTalk is fine, but if you need technical help or customer support then it can be a very long-winded process. If you have Sky TV then Sky broadband is a good option at the moment, even though they use off-shore support lines they are still fairly efficient and the hardware you get is better than TT's. Main problem with TT is that you cannot just try them, you have to sign up & commit to the whole package so it's really pot luck.0
