No, Norton 360 is a program for Windows. The iPad runs iOS, Apple's proprietary operating system. It's reasonably secure.0

Viruses/malware etc. are written for specific operating systems, usually Windows - and require you to download and install something. On an iPad the only software you install is through Apple's store, and each one is checked - so there's very little chance of getting any viruses.
Basically because tablets (Android tablets / iPads) are quite "closed" (compared to a full computer), they're very safe.0
