Just follow the procedure for return of the bond, including dispute resolution if necessary. Ignore any demands/requests for rent after the fixed term (providing you left the tenancy on/before the last day of the tenancy). I wouldn't bother getting embroiled in petty arguments with the LL that just waste your time and effort.0

So, the LL from hell locked your possessions in the garage meaning, in her books, that you stayed one day over the year and have therefore entered into an extension.
Meanwhile, in the real world, what she has done is to illegally remove your right of access to the possessions you left in the garage. If it were me, I would have left someone to stand inside the garage whilst I went to the tip in order to prevent her shutting-it-up and locking it.Never Knowingly Understood.
