RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Orion Media Group Ltd. (“Orion”) general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at https://www.brmb.co.uk/terms-and-conditions apply to ‘Sign The Car’ Radio Competition (“the Competition”) which will run from Wednesday 8th August 2011 to Sunday 28th August 2011 only (“the Duration”). The “Radio Station” 96.4FM brmb.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1) Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must visit Chambers Hyundai Tamworth (‘the Store’) on 13th, 14th, 20th 21st, 27th and 28th August 2011 between 10.00 and 15.00 on any of the days listed. The brmb Street Stars will be driving around the area in the signed car at other times, however Entrants can only enter the Competition by visiting the Store at the dates and times listed.
1.2 On visiting the Store, Entrants will be required to complete an entry form with their full details, and then sign the car with the allocated pen given by the brmb Street Stars. By doing this the Entrant will be entered into the draw to win the Main Prize of the signed car, plus they will then also be eligible to play ‘lucky dip’.
1.3 Only one entry per person is permitted in the Competition.
1.4 For the ‘lucky dip’ Six hundred balls will be in the boot of the signed Hyundai i10 car. Each ball will be individually numbered 1 to 600. An Entrant must pick one ball when instructed. If the number relates to a prize from the pre-determined spot prize list, they will win the prize related to the winning ball number they have selected. If the number does not relate to a prize the Entrant will receive a lollipop.
1.5 For the main Prize Draw to win the signed car, all eligible entry forms will go into a random draw after the Competition has closed and one Entrant will be drawn out as the Main Prize Winner.
1.6 The Main Prize Winner will be announced on air in the breakfast show on Tuesday 30th August 2011.
1.7 The Station reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in the Competition implies acceptance of these rules.
2) Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be over the age of 17 to enter and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
2.2 Entrants must be United Kingdom residents and reside in the Radio Station’s analogue FM broadcast area (transmission survey area or TSA). A list of eligible UK postal codes is available on request from the Radio Station.
2.3 Any employee of Orion, their immediate family or any other persons directly connected with the Competition are unable to enter into the Competition.
2.4 Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if Orion discovers before the delivery of the Prize that for any reason under these Rules or the Terms and Conditions the winner should have been ineligible to enter the Competition or the entry should have been declared invalid, Orion reserves the right to disqualify the winner.
2.5 If the Winner or any member of the winner’s family residing at the same address (including, but not limited to, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents etc.) is found to have won a Prize on any Orion Radio Station (including brmb, beacon, wyvern, mercia or Gem106) within the last six months with a prize value of £500 or greater, The Radio Station reserves the right to withhold or reclaim the Prize from the Winner. The Radio Station’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
2.6 An Entrant must participate in the Competition himself or herself. In the event that a party other than the Entrant attempts to enter the Competition on behalf of that Entrant (whether disclosed or not), that entry will be forfeited and no Prize will be delivered.
2.7 Orion reserves the right to disqualify anyone entering a competition on behalf of another person.
2.8 The Radio Station will not be held liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in the Competition.
2.9 The Competition winner may be required to take part in, or co-operate with, publicity and agree that their reasons for seeking to win may be broadcast.
2.10 The winner of the car will be required to keep the signatures on the car for the 28 days after receiving the car.
3) Prize – Sign The Car – The Main Prize
3.1 There will be one Main Prize Winner in this Competition.
3.2 The Main Prize is the signed Hyundai i10 1.2 Classic 5dr. 14″ Steel Wheels, Air Conditioning, Central Locking, Eco Drive Indicator*, Electric Front Windows, Front and Front Side Airbags, Height Adjustable Steering Column, Rear ISOfix Child Seat Anchorage Points (outer seats only), Split Folding Rear Seats (60:40), Stereo RDS Radio/CD Player with MP3 Compatibility, USB and Aux Connections. 61.4 mpg Combined and includes the winner’s first year’s Tax FOC from 1st September 2011, and after that, £20 per year, plus Group 12 Insurance.
Please note: The car won will have mileage on due to the car being used for the promotion.
3.3 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another car or cash amount.
3.4 Orion reserves the right to substitute the Prize.
3.6 The Winner will be announced on air in the breakfast show on Tuesday 30th August 2011 (Bank Holiday Monday) and will be contacted on Tuesday 30th August 2011 to inform them about prize fulfilment.
4) Prize – Lucky Dip
4.1 Lucky Dip Spot Prizes will be allocated according to the pre-determined Spot Prize list the brmb Street Stars will have on each of the days the ‘lucky dip’ is in available in Store. Pre-determined randomly chosen winning ball numbers will relate to a Spot Prize which will include various prizes from CD albums and DVDs to computer consoles.
4.2 Entrants who pick out a ball which does not correspond to one of the pre-determined Spot Prizes listed will receive a lollipop.
4.3 All Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.4 Orion reserves the right to substitute any Prize.
4.5 ‘Lucky Dip’ Winners will receive their Spot Prizes in Store on the day of their win.

Just thought i'd bump this as it is ending tomorrow.
I have just been down to the showroom and they let me enter twice, 1 for me and 1 for my wife. To be honest there aren't that many signatures on the car and those that are there are pretty big!
They draw one of the cards you fill in at random so it doesn't matter where you sign the car.
Could be a good chance for locals to win.0 -
