Crank handle for old fasioned washing line?

I am so lucky to have an old fasioned washing line that connects to the house and a post at the bottom of the garden.
The problem is it's very old and not been used for a while (recently moved in and house is a rennovation project) and it's a nightmare to lift the clothes up! (yes im weak, I admit it)
We looked at replacing it and wondered then if their was a crank handle system we could get instead? I imagine this would be much much easier for me to raise a full line of washing.
To be honest as it's so old we need to replace all of it (except the post) so am happy to buy a whole new system.
I've had a good google but can't find anything with a crank handle, so wondered if you guys knew of anything? Or if anyone has anyhting.
