Had look around but found many addresses for Barclays, does anybody have the address that they sent there PPI questionaire to for Barclay loans?

You can deliver complaints to ANY branch of the firm you are complaining to if the complaint falls under the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service. In theory, that means Halifax complaints can be served on branches of Bank of Scotland and even Lloyds TSB and vice versa (same with Abbey, Alliance and Leiceister and Bradford and Bingley).

Get proof of posting (free from the Post Office) for each. That way FOS will assume it has been delivered two working days later if necessary (provided you keep it safe!). Don't bother paying the extra for recorded delivery. It is a waste of money because most of the time they do not bother to get the record anyway in my experience.

However, quicker (and cheaper) is to fax it if you have a fax modem for your computer. You also get an instant receipt for it.

I suppose it depends whether you mean Barclays Bank or Barclaycard.

We are in the last stages of reclaiming our PPI from Barclaycard (agreed, and waiting for the money to be paid).
