NEW DFS PPI claim

Hello I'm after the DFS address please in order to get hold of the loan agreement & is it a £10 or £1 cheque to enclose?

    Hi there

    For the loan agreement request, its just that of £1 cheque or postal order, they should provide by 12 days.
    The other higher cost is if you request a Subject Access Request (SAR) for all data they still hold on the account and it takes 40 calendar days for this one.

    Below is the link to DFS and it gives you the option of all of the local ones to you, you could ring them and they should confirm.
