Apcoa drop off zone Luton airport

I received a parking enforcement notice whilst waiting for SWIFT AIRPORT PARKING to pick up my car. This is for overstaying the 10 minutes allowed, as SWIFT were late. I am having problems trying to contact the right person at SWIFT. Should I just ignore it or continue to pursue SWIFT?:

Dont contact anyone. APCOA's activities at Luton are well known.
Just ignore them.

If my search below no longer works then just search this sub-forum for the words 'Luton Airport' and you get lots of results about APCOA:
