hi, a bit of advice needed, i am not happy with the work a builder has done for me, i have had two steel lintels fitted, one of which looks old and is not at exactly the level of the other one, am i being picky?
is there anyone out there who inspects builders work and can help to point out issues he should address or do i just accept what hes done?
thanks in advance

Has he finished the job yet? Have you asked him about it? I try & make it a policy not to form an opinion before the work is complete as I get very stressed!0

Hi Boba,
Ask the builder if the work conforms with the Architects drawings and material specifications and get them to show you proof of this ! if the work does not conform ? call the Architect NOW ! you have a cowboy on your hands.
The best way to deal with cowboys is to call the Sheriff at the coucil building control.0
