zero pixel policy?

just thought i would check with anyone here who knows where i can get any information on who the best manufact for replacing a pc monitor is and if any do i pixel and replce policy?

also anyone know any good websites with the info available on who offers what?
i am looking at a new 19in tft monitor.

thanks for any help anyone can give me!

    I don't know if Pixel Replacement is necessary?

    I got some cheap Proview flatscreen and never a dead pixel - not ONCE!!! (in 4 years!)

    Viewsonic http://www.viewsoniceurope.com/uk/ have a no dead pixel policy, but only on their VP series.

    if you are buying online you have 7 working days to return goods no questions asked, you will have to pay the postage but it seems reasonable way to ensure you eventually get a 100% monitor
