Roller Garage Door Repair West Midlands

My mother-in-law, who lives just outside Wolverhampton, has a remote control roller garage door that has stopped working. I have checked that there is power to the control unit and I suspect that this, and possibly the motor, has developed a fault.
As she lives alone and is in her eighties we feel we need to be a little careful who we invite round to take a look at it and would appreciate any recommendations regarding repairers.

A chap I know who lives in Cannock (not too far) does garage doors, he fitted me an electric roller shutter door and has done some of my friends houses too. He seems reliable and trustworthy. PM me if you want his mobile number.0
