I have bought a fair few things from Firebox.com over the last few years and have always been very happy with the sales and service.
Recently I ordered a few things for my OH's birthday and got it delivered to my mum's house. She then came and visited me and took the box with her, but it got swiped as we had supper at the local Wetherspoons (a whole other story!) As the thief had the box with the full address and invoice I sent Firebox an email to ask them not to allow any exchanges etc on the order (in case it was possible). I then got a lovely friendly email back saying that they thought it was terrible so they would send my order out again for free! :j They also gave me free next day delivery too whereas I had taken the free 2nd class service. I was so happy as I had been really upset when it was stolen (final straw in a bad couple of months.) As such I thought I'd post here and recommend them very much :T

The couple of times I've spoken to their customer services they've been really helpful and I'm always happy with stuff from firebox.0 -
I have used Firebox for many many and have always found them to be an excellent company. They sent out some wrong products (packs of 3 instead of packs of 10) at Christmas and let me know their error before we even got them. We were told we could keep what they sent and would send out the proper product.
And they always add sweets to the box :j0 -
Yep, Firebox are ace, they forgot my sweets on something a while back which I mentioned when I left a review for something I'd bought and within a few days some turned up with a lovely handwritten note0
