Anyone who has been to either please advise on weather experiences for Oct half term.
Ideally want the fewest clouds and the warmest weather preferably without winds. Basically we like it hot.
I realise I wont get the same temps as we got in sharm in July but previous expereinces of the canary isles have been partly cloudy skies.
Thanks in advance

Egypt will have clearer sky's but you may get a breeze off the Red Sea in October.0

We were in Egypt October/November last year and it was glorious. We stayed in El Gouna and did not misss a day on the beach, we also did a cruise and it was 34 degrees in Luxor, so I really do not think temperature is going to be a problem. The only place where it was on the cooler side was in Cairo, but I think that was a temporary blip. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Egypt will be warmer without a doubt, also less breezy.0

Beautiful time to go to Egypt. More breezy in some areas as mentioned already but we have always been glad of it to keep the heat a bit at bay.:beer:0
