2. By taking part in this prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Purchase necessary. 5. The opening date for receipt of entries is 10 August 2011 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 28 September 2011.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, technical or telecommunications fault. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
7. Only one entry per person. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. Multiple email address entries will be deleted and declared void.
8. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received under independent supervision up to the closing date of 28th September 2011. There will be a daily draw commencing from 11th August to the 28th September 2011 which will be drawn from all entries received by 14.00 on the draw date. Any entries received after 14.00 will be included in the draw taking place on the next day.
9. The winners will be notified by telephone no later than 19 October 2011. All prizes must be claimed by 26 October 2011. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if the prizes are not claimed by 26 October 2011 an alternative winner will be chosen.
10. There will be 50 winners in total who will each win a prize; There are 50 prizes to be won of a £250 Morrisons vouchers to spend in store.
11. The prizes are non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The prizes cannot be exchanged for any other prizes of lesser value. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The prizes will be delivered to the winners designated UK Mainland addresses via special delivery within 10 days from the closing date of 28th September 20011.
13. The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in event of unforeseen circumstances.
14. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity.
15. The names and counties of the winners will be available between 17 October 2011 and 30 November 2011 upon application with a SAE to Tropicana Daily Rituals, PO Box 642, Banbury, OX16 6FT
