My partner & I have just purchased a small run down terraced House in Tyldesley, Greater Manchester. Downstairs, The property has two rooms and 1 Kitchen. Upstairs, the Property has a tiny landing, 2 Bedrooms & 1 Toilet/Bathroom. The House is in dire need of a rewire. How much should we expect to pay for a full rewire?
Thanks all.!
Thanks all.!

I do that kind of property for around £1400-1600 mark. Better if its empty as it's a messy job. I'm based just down the road from you in you want a proper quote. Just be aware that plastering etc will need to be done so best to get a quote for that too.0
