Dear all,
Anyone from Petts wood here? as some of you already know, we've been looking around to buy our first home. We saw this nice property in PettsWood (Oxhawth Crescent) ... We never lived in that area so no clue of now nice/safe it is... I am keen to hear from those who lived there or know about the area. A price of £330k for a 3 bed property - do you think thats a good price ?
Any relevant advice appreciated...

Sorry, can't give you in-sight info from a resident's point of view, but I think it's good value for money and it has good train links to London if you need to commute. We also considered it, but the High Street is really depressing.... Petts Wood East is supposed to be the posher side of the area and does in deed have some beautiful houses. I think in general, it's ok - suburbian family housing.0
