Caulking/Uniclic skirting boards question

My skirting boards needed replacing due to flooding, and the new ones, unusually perhaps, match the laminate flooring exactly (ie they are a beech colour) - the guy who put in my flooring got me a deal on them, as they are also made by uniclic.
My question is, what kind of caulking can I use to fill in the gap between them and the wall, as most caulking is white and I've had no luck finding something suitable in homebase?
Many thanks!

I've had clear silicone sealant in the past, but sadly I can't tell you where to get it. It's around though.0

Thanks - I know where I can get clear sealant, as I've been using it in my kitchen round the sink - but seeing as I want to hide the gap, is it the best thing to use aesthetically, if you see what I mean?0

Caulk filler is also known as Decorators filler or Acrylic sealant.
I have had Acrylic sealant in various colour….I normally get it from a double glazing supply company near me…..if you haven’t got a place like this near you your local window company may have a trade counter!
Acrylic type sealants can be painted over unlike silicone sealants so when fitting skirting boards, architrave etc Acrylic is the preferred sealant!0
