Given the experiences with trying to phone them I'm not entirely hopeful of the email service

Don't hold your breath. I emailed them about the inadequacy of the information displayed at the easibus (are they still running?) stop at Forestside and to date they haven't lifted a finger.0

What you need to do is post it on their Facebook page; since it's in full view of the public, they'll respond to it.0
