new en suite

How do I get the feeds to a new en suite? It's on the other side of the house to the bathroom and kitchen.
Would I have to pull up the nice floor in the bathroom to run the pipes under floor?
Any easier options ??

You need feeds TO and FROM the en-suite, and if the soil stack is on the bathroom & kitchen side, that will add to your difficulty.
However, you need to build a 'fall' into the waste pipe running to the stack, so that waste will always run away and not lie in the horizontal runs of pipe. This may not be possible to achieve with a long distance.
There's probably advice on plumbing forums as to what the max length might be.0 -
the waste won't be a problem.. It's gonna have a saniflow up into loft and across into soil pipe. It's just the feed of hot and cold0
