HELP! Parking EYE

I received a parking eye notice months ago which after reading on here i have ignored until now.

I have had the first two standard letters, but they have just sent a letter from Roxburghe Debt Collectors which isn't the third letter on the list.

In this letter it states they will past it on to solicitor Graham White who will review your case for legal action.

Do i need to pay this now or what?

Pay this as well whilst you are in the habit of giving your wages to scammers:


Dear sirs. As you are aware Notices and contractual signs are clearly placed around your home on private land.
As you aware the notices quite clearly state that cats must not be left outside in excess of 3 hours.
As photographic evidence clearly shows your cat was left outside 3hrs + 7 minutes you are now served with a cat left out excess charge notice;
YOU MUST NOW : pay £120 to cats left out scams: po box 32 middle of nowhere ls1,1mug
WARNING Do not Ignore this charge notice:
failure to pay will result in the charge rising to £150 + £3 per day charges
If you fail to pay this charge notice we shall take court action which may result in court action where you will be served with a county court order : substantial extra costs added to the charge notice and we shall instruct bailiffs to throw your cat in to a plastic shredder.
Appeal: please write to the above address if you feel this charge is wrong, you should enclose full payment with your appeal.

Relax. It's just another meaningless scare-tactic. Have a snoop around on this forum, and you'll see that Roxburghe and Graham White are scammers. Continue to ignore... I think this means you might be nearing the end.........

"Graham White" (aka Michael David Sobell) is under investigation by the SRA for sending out these meaningless and threatening letters.

All that happens is that Roxburghe change the letter heading to "Graham White" and use the name of Michael Sobell a Solicitor who is prepared to rent his name to these low life ...then they send you a couple of threatening letters and then NOTHING HAPPENS.

I have been through this nonsense with Roxburghe and Graham White three times already , just waiting on number 4 and 5 to go through the same nonsense letter chain.

IGNORE THESE FRAUDS.
