We've recently transferred over to Talktalk, it's been about 3 months or so. But the problem is that the internet doesn't always work...sometimes it doesn't work for most of the day. And then we have to keep restarting our PC. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't...it's not reliable at all.

We've now got a problem where everytime the phone rings it only rings once and then is connected. So basically we could be thinking that the person has rung once and hung up but in actual fact they are still on the line..all we need to do is pick up the phone and they are there. But this is getting really frustrating. This has happened once before and it lasted for about 2 days before they were actually able to fix it.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is it common with Talktalk?
