Am I eligible for Working Tax Credits?

First of all hello to everyone. Long time reader, first time poster here!
My questions is if anyone can clear up whether or not I'm eligible for working tax credits?
I don't really understand the system but I think I won't be eligible until I turn 25 and am working 30 hours a week. I turn 25 at the end of September and by then will be averaging 30-35 hours a week. Will I be eligible for tax credits and will I be able to start claiming them as soon as I turn 25?
Thanks

try putting your details in the tax credits do I qualify site (sorry I can't post a link yet)
obviously change your DOB to make it seem like you are already 250 -
Do you live alone, have any dependents, pay rent, council tax?
You could try this link....again changing your age to 25
