Ive passed on my annoyance to the wife. She seems to think she was following the plan.
I've now decided to drop to £213 if the vendor doesn't throw in the extras.
Then i'll leave it to the mortgage providers to see what it's worth and take it from there.0 -

From my very limited experience, - what similar properties in the area have recently sold for has a big bearing on the mortgage surveyor's report. How does it fare?0 -
