Is £1350 enough?

I think its a case of making it work, you will need somewere for you and the baby to live, even renting would probably cost your more than £440. It seems you have a decent income to make it work, and people do it on less.
The keypart is to try and allow in your budget a bit of savings, (not always possible) but this will cover any unexpected bills or repairs. The gas bill over winter can bring a tear to your eye!0 -
Have learnt so much since being on this site. Eventhough I hardly spend anything on myself, I do like to spoil my daughter but have started making small changes! Am downloading the budget planner now and hopefully have a clearer idea. Am hoping that I can set aside some savings each month, plus daughter goes to preschool in Sept and will be getting 15 hours childcare free so definately make a difference. And although winter doesn't seem to be far away I better start planning ahead (esp as I still have to get central heating installed in the house - ahem!)0

wow i really hope you've put some money aside for getting your heating in, being broke is so much worse when your cold or hungry
the downside with oil aswell is that you need to pay alot out all at once
(i hate getting my tank filled and having to hand over all that cash) winters coming round fast aswell

You may be able to get some sort of grant for the central heating. You should also put some money aware for repairs, updating decor, emergencies.
Good luck for when you get your new home.:)De cluttering Konvert.Getting there
