I bought 2 bundles and had to exchange everything. Clothes all needed to be a size smaller and coats had to be a size bigger as others have said. Hi,
I ordered 2 bundles which didnt fit. I took mine back to to a big extra store with clothes and said I forgot the reciept (didnt say I had ordered them online)and they changed it all no probs. I had ordered 2 coats for size as I hadnt seen any in store, the one I didnt need I exchanged for a computer game!
The woman at customer services said without a reciept you can exchange clothes for anything in store that you could not eat or drink!
