tesco £15 back to school bundle ! errrm not so much £15 !

Hi guys.
im a bit annoyed actually! I purchased a tescos school bundle for £15 and the trousers and polo shirts are too big, so i call them to find out how i can arrange an exchange for a smaller size and im told i cant ?????
!!!!!! ?
Apparently they dont operate an exchange policy on school clothes. i can have a refund but unfortunatley if i keep the one item that did fit then i will be out of pocket because the offer has now ended !
Oh but i can exchange for the same sized clothing ?? Erm why would i need to do that exactly ?
How frustrating !!

I just changed some trousers that were the wrong size from Tesxco so they're taslking rubbish
  • Were they school clothez or just normal trousers ? Im not sure if its because i ordered them from tescos direct ?
  • tescos school uniform is ridiculously oversized. Can you return the whole bundle for a full refund? I'm holding out for Sainsbury 25% off all clothing which starts next week. Had their uniform stuff before and it is excellent quality - better than any in my opinion. HTH
  • I took some school blouses back. All you need to do is make sure you return them to a store that sells clothing and they exchanged them for the correct size.

I just took the overly large clothes in and went to the till with the smaller sized ones and exchanged without them even seeing the receipt! Dead easy....
  • I agree! ordered 3 bundles and everything is massive -except the coats. Daughter is 4, ordered a 5-6 and it just about fits her so it going back
  • I exchanged coats and trousers instore when i collected my order with no problem.
