Try ukdvdr or bigpockets, look for their pro jet cartridges
http://new.ukdvdr.co.uk/cat.php?s=Epson&nav=768
http://www.bigpockets.co.uk/cartridge_finder.php?&nav=8&ref=home_side
One which I have yet to try are these, which have around a third more ink per cartridge and free delivery

There has always been a problem getting compatible inks for the SX425W, (no idea why), so the ones from UKDVDR are expensive, as are the ones from amazon, however, it is starting to improve and these are £8 a set delivered
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4-ink-Cartridges-BX305F-BX305FW-SX420W-SX425W-/220769410879?pt=UK_CamerasPhoto_Printing_PrinterInkCatridges_JN&hash=item3366e1df3f
Check for other prices, though these have Black Cartridge Contains 18ml ink, Each Colour Contains 15ml ink
A lot of compatibles cartridges have 13ml of ink

Have a Brother printer and was surprised to see cartridges for under £1 at ukdvdr and bigpockets. Are they trustworthy?Problem with having access to internet is that i get asked by many to solve their problemsWell at least i learn something on the way

Just be careful with compatible cartridges for Epson printers. We have an Epson SX515W (wireless) and ordered these http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/product_info.php?&products_id=108331 They worked fine to start with but have just tried putting a second cartridge in and the printer says "cannot recognise ink cartrdiges"!! I have tried everything - taking the cartridge out and replacing it several times, wiping the gold bits on the cartridge and even putting the genuine (empty) Epson cartridge back in but nothing seems to work.
Does anyone know the solution to this please?0 -
You could try removing the cartridges, switching the printer off, removing the power lead from the back of the printer, leave it for a few minutes.
Replace the power lead, switch it back on, wait till it asks for the inks, insert the cartridges
If that does not work, try different cartridges, UKDVDR Pro Jet ones are what mine run, they show as genuine cartridges in the ink monitor, do the ones from 7dayshop?
If the different cartridges work, ask 7dayshop about returning theirs for a refund0 -
Hi Santer, Thanks - Tried that as found your advice on a similar post. It didn't work and printer still did not recognise T0712, Cyan. However, I put another new 7dayshop Cyan cartridge in and it is now working. Perhaps it was just a dodgy cartridge!!0
